Question Cichlids and Dried Tubifex worms?

Hello, I went to Petsmart the other day and picked up a container of, I think freeze dried, Tubifex worms. It says to feed 3 times daily as much as they can eat in 5 minutes (like I'm going to feed them that much). I was wondering if I can use the Tubifex worms as a daily boost to their diet.

depends on the species and their dietary needs. I'd recommend a veggie-based staple food unless you have something carnivorous.
