Cichlid ID help

Hey all...

I'm starting a new Cichlid tank and need some help identifying the Cichlids that I recently acquired. The only one that I'm sure about is what I think is a female yellow lab. It's much brighter and more solid yellow than the others and the lower fin is not black.

I got these fish from a friend who started with four and they've been multiplying like crazy. I suppose it's possible there is some hybrid action going on here as well...

Any pointers would be appreciated! I'll probably be giving some of these fish away and bringing in a one maybe two other species.

they look like they have some yellow lab in them but there is other types in them i think

try that link and go down to labidochromis it prob mixed with them if not that type

Hmmm, I wonder if the yellow lab is crossed with a perlmutt?

they kind of look like yellow lab/kenyi mix to me.

Ya, they look like they are hybrids with the black stripes, the Kenyi is not a Labidochromis, but it might be a possibility.

I didnt think it could happen but after what the others said, they look alot like my brothers kennyi and that first one looks like a lab.

Some of them look like they could have Bumblebee in them, the ones with the stripes...hard to tell when they are smaller.
