I suspect that fish has been hormoned as it is showing way too much color for its age.

OB peacocks do not look like that.

If you are keeping the tank as Africans then with getting that fish you are limited to keeping peacocks.

Keeping them with mbuna will stress that fish to the point it will not be happy. Many of the mbuna are too active for the mild mannered peacocks.
