Bulling discus

I have 3 discus only been in for a few day's ad have settled in really quick feeding swimming around etc., all 3 are of the same size but one of them has taken a real dislike to one of the other chasing him around the tank and nipping him, i say him it might be a girl have no idea but he does not do it to the other one could this just be a pecking order or is this first signs of pairing up? i will add some more discus in a few weeks just adding slowly.

Without asking what size and age these discus are? Pecking order is very likely here, not pairing up.

They are about 6 months old i would say around 3 inch mark, been watching them today, he really is haveing a go at the other one, but leaves one alone never has a go at him. feeding time it is worse so i think it could be a pecking order thing. will have to see what happens when the other 2 go in which are bigger. if he has a go at them then he will go as the others 2 are high class a grade and are stunning would settle for just them 2.

It is indeed pecking order. Provide more plants for the bullied discus to hide.

tell me your tank size

and tank parameters,

did u say all of them are the same size and also the same breed?

give us more info but if your tank size is small it is not a problem and they always do that and they do this more when you are feeding them

how many times a day you feed them?

wish u luck
