I had one a long time ago.

They grow to nearly a foot (12") and will do well in most pH levels above neutral (Natural they live in slightly acidic water). They dig like crazy so sand is definitely the substrate for them. The size they get to means they can do a lot of sand moving, so rocks unless very well stacked and glued together are not advisable. I had a breeding pair at 10" in my old 125g tank.

They are mildly aggressive and you would want to keep just one as they get aggressive to each other if with another.

Beautiful fish though,

10g Fry / Hospital / QT tank (as needed)

75g Saltwater Reef, Ocellaris Clownfish, Lyretail Antias (baby), Lemon damsel, Longtail Fairy Wrasse, purple dottyback, snails, crabs and a few LPS corals.

220g Still sitting empty (come on Lottery I need the numbers to come up!)
