What size are the babies? I am wary with the possibility that the bigger one might eat them if they fit its mouth.

You need to grow them until 7-8 inches. At this size, they will easily get outcompeted for food by the adult or even harassed to death.

yes i agree with lupin and it would not take to long to grown them out as oscars have fast growth rates and it will be worth it for ur oscars to happily with one another

I agree but also, don't introduce any fish into a tank that is already infested with ich. It will only spread to them as well.

Oops! My bad. That's what you get when you skim-read. Can't think of 2 more different diseases too! I agree that the small ones would be food.

I agree, they'll prolly get eaten. Although, it is your descision. If you can honestly determine that there is no physical way the babies could fit in the large ones mouth they'd prolly be ok. But you'll definately have some bossing around issues which will require a lot of attention, and I've found that the best thing for that is a good tank divider, either a piece of glass of plastic. preferrably with holes in it, so it doesn't deter water movement. This allow the fish to get used to each other, and establish whose boss without death or injury. A bunch of oscars, especially when full grown are really competetive. So just make sure you find away to feed ALL of them. Good Luck!

well i put them in
the big one stays on the left a and the little ones stay to the right or middle
but they get along
iv seen them swimming around each other
the big guy is a little greedy with the food so i feed his side then i feed the other side and they all get there food
so i haven't seen any odd behavior and they been together for 3 days now
