Your scar has SEVERE HITHD. I doubt you can do much for him now. He has obviously been in bad quality water for a long time.

From the pics I don't see any sign of fin rot unless it's in the other side. Fin rot will not kill your oscar but hole in the head disease will. Like I said you need to get your water clean before you do anything else. I would start by doing a really big water change of about 75%.

Yeah those aren't good pictures, he has to be up at the top so you see it. He won't eat or come up since the disease hit the tank. And I fear it most likely is HITH but it was healing from Melafix, how does that work ? xD Is it possible It's a parasitic disease ?

melafix will not cure a parasitic disease. It is most likely HITHD.

Have you done a 75% water change yet? Personally, that is what I would do. I would be doing a 70% water change weekly then and hope for the best. I also wouldn't be adding n any more fsh. It sounds like your life is very very busy and keeping up with fish is a bit much right now. If you don't have anyone that can help out with the proper care while you are away, I don't know what you can do. Your poor fish looks pretty rough but maybe just keeping up with the water changes from here on out can help. Clean water does a LOT in the way of the health of the fish. Hopefully it isn't too late.
