I've only moved and stickied it yesterday as it has long been dead under piles of threads for several months.

Nice angelfish, Matings and Jen.8) Hmmm...I'm tempted to grab some blushing angels. I still have the gold angels eating guppies in my pond.

I'm ready for the pressure.
The drama and the pleasure!
If there is one thing I want to see here, it's HUMOR.
I believe I can fly!
I believe I can touch the sky!
I think about it every night and day!

One of my favorite angelfish.

He has wide fins, not fully spread in the picture, and long tail streamers (caudal filaments).

Thanks! The tail of the angel below is what I'm trying to breed for. It is
a veil tail but a short one with long tail streamers. The tail, dorsal and
anal fins of this angel resembles the tail and wings of a Barn Swallow
in flight.

I have already seen veil tail Platinum (White) angelfish in the internet but have not seen a Pearl Scale
Veil Tail Platinum yet. Below are a couple of Platinum Pearl Scale Veil Tail Angels that I have developed.
Because of the different single gene traits and polygenic traits in the angelfish, different trait
combinations can be bred into an angel creating different phenotypes / varieties.

Another new "variety" Is the Platinum Marble Veil tail below.

Swallow Tail = veil tail plus two tail streamers. The two tail streamers are genetically coded for by other gene/s.
