haha, i love eiffel65. tank looks good too!
also, I'm surprised that you put cichlids, tetras, and sharks 2gether, but they seem to be doing fine? The aquascaping is pretty awesome though!

Thanks yeah it has been a lot of experimenting. I have a back up tank in case one is not doing well with another. the tetras are big enough that the needle nose doesn't eat them.

Those fish are going to get way too large for that tank.

The tank design is nice, but you have at least 6 fish in there that grow to be 6" or more. No where near enough room for all of them.

The tank looks great so far and your fish seem very happy. Watch out for those sharks though. In my opinion they should not be so readily available. They are actually catfish that can reach four feet in length, sometimes even larger in the wild. Not too many people can properly house them in a home aquarium.

Agree. I hate how these are so available for low price

Yeah after I got home I found out about the size. I am going to get a bigger tank when they reach around ten inches. Probably 125 gallon. Or do I need to get the tank sooner?

Maybe I am under estimating the tank size from the video, but it looks to be about 30 gallons. You have 3 Parrot Cichlid(soon to be 5), 2 iridescent sharks and a needle nose gar. It will break down like this

Parrot cichlids 5-8"
Iridescent sharks 1-4'
Needle Nose gar up to 1'

Thats a lot of fish, I have never kept any of those species but with proper care fish mature relatively quickly. My point is that if you wait until the sharks are 10" your cichlids will probably be 3-4" or more each and the NN gar will probably be 5-6" (and will probably have eaten all the tetras) and there is no way for them all to live comfortably in that tank. You will also need to worry about territoriality with the cichlids. A 125g would probably fit all of them, but I'm not sure you will ever be able to keep them all together without aggression being an issue.
