No.

You can get about 6 venutus and other malawi haplochromis with the cat no jack.

or a breeding pear of jacks with the cat.

The venustus get 10 in theres no way I can have ten in a 75 g. the bio load alone belongs in a 100 g.

Absolutely not, these fish when grown need a 125g or bigger tank.
Not to mention a JD requires different water parameters than the Venustus and will likely kill the convict.

Venustus easily attain 10".

10g Fry / Hospital / QT tank (as needed)

75g Saltwater Reef, Ocellaris Clownfish, Lyretail Antias (baby), Lemon damsel, Longtail Fairy Wrasse, purple dottyback, snails, crabs and a few LPS corals.

220g Still sitting empty (come on Lottery I need the numbers to come up!)

6 fully grown Venustus would need a 180g tank.

JD are best kept alone as they are very hard to find a mated pair.

If you want to keep the JD, keep it alone in the tank. No tanks mates as it will see them as a threat and likely kill them.

The convict may work although it depends on the personality of the JD when it reaches adult size if it is not already.
