Would these 3 fish be compatible?

So, at the moment I have 3 Silver Tipped Tetra in a 20 gallon with a pleco. I'm looking to add 2 more of the Silver Tips in a few weeks.

I was wondering, would it be ok if I keep Silver Tipped Tetra, Neon Tetra, and Fancy Guppies together in this 20 gallon?

Please let me know why or why not, as well as if there might be other companions I can put with Silver Tipped Tetras.

Thanks you!

Dont add guppies with anything that will nip their fins.

Agree. And as I mentioned in my response to your PM, there is not a lot of space in a 20g high. A group of 7-8 Silvertip Tetra plus some substrate fish (group of corys for instance) would be it. Six ST and six neon tetra could manage with live plants and weekly water changes.

Something we all need to remember: The fish you've acquired was quite happy not being owned by you, minding its own business. If you’re going to take it under your wing then you’re responsible for it. Every aspect of its life is under your control, from water quality and temperature to swimming space. [Nathan Hill in PFK]
