I had black skirts awhile back and they loved frozen brine shrimp and frozen bloodworms. They also ate NLS pellets as well as flake.

Will they be safe for my other tetras as well? And how often can you feed brine shrimp and bloodworms?

Once or twice a week in place of regular feedings should be good. Both foods are favorites for just about all types of fish.
