Make sure you do research before you buy them. They need to live in groups and a large tank. They are also illegal in 26 states. Piranhas are not what you might expect them to be. My grandfather had a tank of them several years ago and they are somewhat boring fish in the aquarium expect when feeding live prey. And once you get them, you can't really add any other fish to the tank.
