whch tetras do best
which tetra's would coexist good with sail fin and fancy tailed guppies?
Presumably your water is medium hard/hard and basic for the guppies. So there are several of the common tetra that will adapt to such water. Tetra are under "characins" in our profiles, second tab from the left in the blue bar across the top of the page. Look for those that manage in basic water. Also, check their compatibility comments, as some can tend to nip fins and long-finned guppies would be too irresistible of a target so not a good match. But you will find several others.

Something we all need to remember: The fish you've acquired was quite happy not being owned by you, minding its own business. If youíre going to take it under your wing then youíre responsible for it. Every aspect of its life is under your control, from water quality and temperature to swimming space. [Nathan Hill in PFK]
