Unidentified tetra

I recently bought three of these little guys that I know are tetras. I want to know what kind exactly they are and hopefully you guys can help me with this one. They are about 1 inch long and have a silver/clear appearence to them. At the base of the caudal fin it is black with hints of blue around it, then the rest of the fin is clear. They are really pretty fish, and I would like to know what kind of tetras these are.

Hmmm..Hard to imagine this one without a picture. But this sounds oddly of the leucistic rummy-nose tetras.

I'm ready for the pressure.
The drama and the pleasure!
If there is one thing I want to see here, it's HUMOR.
I believe I can fly!
I believe I can touch the sky!
I think about it every night and day!
I stand in awe of my body.

Unfortunatly I don't have my digital camera working at the moment, but I found a picture on the internet and it looks slightly like this, minus the red eyes.

Without the red eyes, something like this?

Great site, by the way. But the picture that you gave me may or may not be my tetra, it is difficult to tell from that angle the fish is at. Here is one that I found where the caudual fin is exactly the same:

However mine does not have that dark spot in the center of its body, nor the humpback.

Hi.

I could not find anything that could really fit. A picture would really help otherwise all we can do is keep guessing which could be more difficult.
