OK, I have decided to stock my tank mostly with small schools of tetras. I would like to have a sort of orange/red/yellowish theme of fish, so things like neons are out. I am too lazy to look through the various lists of species that are scattered over the internet trying to find those that would fit the color scheme.
I already have Von Rio Flames. Any suggestions as to what else I should look for? Thanks!
Is that for your 15 gallon bowfront? If so, you should not stock it too much, as it appears that it maybe already overstocked. Make sure you keep up with the maintenance and DO NOT overfeed. Eventually, the pleco will overgrow the tank and will need to be removed or your tank be upgraded.
Warning about the serpae and buenos aires tetras... they can ge quite aggressive and fin nippers. If you are planning some of the other species mentioned, I would stay away from these 2 for sure.
Buenos aires tetras are better mixed with aggressive barbs.
Thx bro i didnt no that wow i wont be buying them.
