Tetra with bite mark in it

Hi all while feeding i noticed one of my neon tetras with a bite mark in its tail, was wondering what way if any would be best to treat it i know it isn't anything serious as none of the other 4 have showed any signs of anything. Also could you identify the possible candidate out of these in a 25 gallon tank.

3 clown loaches
4 neon tetras (5 if one with bite mark)
3 black neons
3 red phantom tetras
1 red betta
5 zebra danios
4 gold spot ancistrus
2 clown plecos (cant remember actual name but been in there for years so not likely to be them)

I suspect it's the betta. It's the most agressive out of all those listed.

Also, you might want to reduce your fish as they are overcrowded in the 25 gallon. Especially the clown loaches. They grow quite big.

Your fish love watching you as much as you love watching them. So please practice responsible fishkeeping.

I have the same problem, except all i have in my tank are 12 neon tetras in a 20 gallon. one of them had a bite mark in his tail a few days ago and now i've noticed just about his entire tail fin is gone. What should I do about this?
