Lucky you; I haven't been able to get these locally for a couple decades.

We have a video in our profile of one of the "splash" species that may be of interest, confirming what ladayen said about their jumping. Profiles are under the second tab from the left in the blue bar across the top of the page, or click on the shaded name in posts, example Splashing Tetra or Copella arnoldi.

Something we all need to remember: The fish you've acquired was quite happy not being owned by you, minding its own business. If you’re going to take it under your wing then you’re responsible for it. Every aspect of its life is under your control, from water quality and temperature to swimming space. [Nathan Hill in PFK]

Whoa... those are truly amazing fish. Lucky you!!

Animal testing is a terrible idea; they get all nervous and give the wrong answers.
