So are firebelly Piranah Legal? In NV Plus how to care?

So the topic says it, is it legal In NV and what is needed to take of it?
Im getting another 55 gallon and I want these guys

You'll need much more than a 75g to house a small group of piranhas. Check sticky thread in General section for legality.

hmm oh ok well i read somewhere thats the smallest but okay xD the bigger the better xD anyways as for legal in ny probably not...but you can check
