Questionable injury on one of my Lemon Tetras!

Hello. I have invested alot of money in my simple partial school of 5 lemon tetras (I am trying to get more, but I bought out the lfs). One of them is sick with some kind of fungus. That one, I think is sick beyond recovery.. He was isolated the minute I noticed a problem.

This one I noticed this morning. It looks like a scratch across his side. It is kinda pale and somewhat reflective. It doesn't look like it has broken the scales. I can't tell if it is internal or external. I am wondering if there is anything I can do, or if I need to isolate him.

Has anyone else ever had similar markings on their tetra?

Can you post a clear photo of this fish with the mark?

Second guessing something like this is dangerous, because adding any substance to the tank may stress the fish and make things worse if we do not know exactly what it is.

I don't even want to think about adding any kind of med to the tank! With all the plants, fish, and inverts I have in the QT, who knows what will happen? Besides, a false med would have just as much of a chance of killing him (maybe more) as the diesase/injury. If I medicated, unless I had noticed it on other tetra, it would be in an isolated tank.

The camera wont focus on the injury. Mission impossible. If I turn flash off, it looks like the fish are warpping into the future, 100 years from now.

The tetra is acting completely normal. No signs of weakness, sadness, or diesase other than the physical mark on it. I don't even know for sure if it is an injury. I was just hopeing maybe someone on here had a similar case or were familiar with the marking.

Maybe I am just being over-cautious, if that is possible when it comes to QT and possibly sick fish.

I would be inclined to wait it out. It is remarkable how fish can overcome all sorts of issues with a healthy environment. Regular water changes, good food and no chemicals going in the tank. Stick with that, but let us know if anything changes.
