Plants and Silver Dollars appetite?

I was planning on getting 5 Silver Dollars in a planted tank with Wisteria, Java Fern (Regular & Narrow), and Java Moss.

I know they eat plants, but I found out they mainly enjoy soft plants, so I bought the Java Moss for them to snack on when I get them.
I don't mind them eating Moss, but I do not want them to completely devour my Ferns. Will they eat them?

I doubt any fish will eat Java Fern. But Wisteria is likely to be eaten, and in preference to Java Moss I would expect.
