A full grown RBP is almost as tall as a 20 gallon L tank. So i highly doubt that any one is spawning them in these conditions.

Also pet stores are their to make money not provide long term care for what they sell, that is your job.

idk i would guess like 6 inches high and the body was about 7 with out the tail....

any one think i can pull off 2 in a 29 gal?

You cannot. This fish requires a very large tank with very powerful filtration. A 29 is not really accommodating even for one.
