| | neon tetra disease
What would yall say is the strongest indicator of NTD? I've noticed one tetra has a white bump on his side just behind the dorsal fin, other than that nothing is out of the ordinary, ich maybe? I notice another neon is more aggressive than normal and his whole body has a slight curve to the right. I've had my tank set up for 6-8 months now with these fish and 2 months before that was just cycling and plants. I did just add some plant bulbs but I doubt the disease came in on dry bulbs.
Assuming it is NTD how do I quarantine the two afflicted fish? They're almost impossible to net individual tetras precisely. Do I lower the temperature to like 75 in the hope that it slows them down?
