Is the picture on your profile the picture of this aquarium? If so, i think your aquarium is planted with sufficient decorations to allow the Neons to feel comfortable with the fish you named. Neons are very docile and enjoy a lot of hiding places when first introduced to an aquarium.

On a side note, why are you buying in pairs? Most fish should not be kept in pairs. Livebearers do much better with at least 2 females per male. Blue Paradise Fish generally do not enjoy each others company and may eventually begin to establish territories in the tank. There is nothing overly critical in your aquarium, but i would definitely add more female livebearers. If not, the males will harass them endlessly.
