Best Fish Foods?

Hi everyone!

My tank is up and running [after cycling it, of course] and my tetras & aquatic plants are happy and thriving. My tank came with a small packet of Tetra Tropical Fish Flakes, but I noticed that a lot of the flakes I wasn't able to siphon out [but noticed later] rotted at the bottom of the tank. My neon tetras like the flakes, but I would prefer getting something that might be healthier and less of a pain to clean up?

I will be getting cories later on once my tank is fully established, so I would prefer something that both species could enjoy. The store associate recommended New Life Spectrum Small Fish Formula. Would this be a good choice? I gave my tetras a sample of it earlier today and they seemed to really like it. So I think a switch would be fine.

Would the cories eat it/be able to find it? They pellets are pretty tiny.

Thanks in advance!

New Life Spectrum are said to be excellent fish foods. I use them, along with some by Omega One and Hikari.

If some of the pellets sink to the substrate the corys will eat them.

I feed all my fish/shrimp Omega One products. They are made of all natural ingredients. The way I look at it is I would much rather eat fresh chicken rather than processed chicken.
