White spot on side of cory. Sick? Injured?

Hello,

One of my (ridiculously awesome) cories developed a white spot on its side last week. Around the same time, the cory seemed to have some cloudiness around an eye. The cloudiness around the eye looks to be clearing up, but there has been no reduction in the white spot. I checked the water quality and things looked to be within normal parameters. Also, the water temperature has been raised and we've been doing 25% water changes every other day. I'm pretty new to having an aquarium and I'm not sure where to go from here. The other inhabitants of the tank are 2 other corys, 5 neon tetras, and 2 ghost shrimp. The photos I have are too large to attach, but they can be seen at Picasa Web Albums - Greg - Fishes! . Any help and advice would be very much appreciated.

Thanks!!
