when feeding oto sweet pumpkin or zuccini question

do you boil them? and cool them off with cold water then put them with a chopstick or fork?

Wouldn't use chopstick or fork for fear of inadvertantly stabbing a fish. Just drop it in or place it by hand. Possibly something like plastic tongs would work.

I feed Zuchinni to my otos. I dont boil it, but some people do. If you do boil them only boil them for 30s-1min otherwise they will be too soft and can make your tank messy. I weigh my veggies down with a butter knife stabbed through the middle. Don't worry about stabbing your fish, unless you are throwing a fork at the water like a spear there is no chance of stabbing a fish.
