What is this in my Rubberlip Pleco?

So not to long ago I bought a rubberlip pleco to help keep a little algae under control in my tank. I went with this type because from what I've read they stay on the smaller size and don't outgrow tanks quickly. Anyway, I was looking at him today (call it a him but am really not sure the sex) and noticed two little things swimming on the right side of his lip. Our right his left. I've attached a couple pictures hoping someone can help. Whatever they are there's two for sure, they move around, and appear to have a tail of some sort. Sorry the pictures aren't very clear I just can't get a good close up. I do weekly water changes, add Prime, so my water parameters are good and there's been no new additions to the tank other than him. Any help is much appreciated.

I circled the things in the first picture so they are easier to find in the others.

The fish in the photo is starving as evidenced by the concave belly. A healthy rubber lip will have round belly. These fish need other foods besides algae such as Vegetable matter, spirulina pellet's or wafers, vegetable flake or goldfish flake or pellet, occasional shrimp pellets or bottom feeder pellets.
These fish also need cool ,oxygen rich water with moderate current(small powerhead) in the aquarium. Temp no higher than 76 degree,s 73 would suit them.Tanks no smaller than 20 gal.

See Planetcatfish.com( Chaestoma Milesi) for more info or google scientific name.
Could indeed be parasite but I would perhaps improve the fishes diet, enviornment, before considering treament. Many fish have parasites of one type or another that rarely present problems unless fishes become stressed ,weakened by enviornmental issue. At this time,,fishes immune system is also weakened and parasites are more easily able to have negative effect on your fish.
If no improvement was noted after improving diet, tank enviornment, (week or two) then perhaps treatment with Prazipro,Seachems Paragaurd, might be a consideration for me were it my fish, responsibility.
