Unusual Common Pleco behavior? Video

Ok so I had to share this....
I have a 7 inch Common Pleco in a 75 Gallon Community tank with mostly asst RBF, Mollies, Swordtails, Danios, Barbs. We have had her since she was about 2 inches long, so a good 2-3 years. I was told that Female Pleco's have less to no barbles and Males have more. She has only one at the back on each side so I'm making an assumption she is a she.
Since trading in the large Rafael Catfish about 5 weeks ago, AT FEEDING TIME, her personality has changed from aggresive (to the Rafael) to actively participating in surface feeding with the gang.
Up until now, whenever I sat in front of the tank, and all the fish come to look at me, she also came out to see me too. But this behaviour is new.
Now she will swim upside down and try to eat flake food off the surface. I also drop in algae wafers and shrimp pellets every few days for the Cory's so she is getting enough to eat I believe.
Here is a video and I would love to know if anyone else out there has ever seen this behaviour.
(Sorry that is the lens cap swinging at the bottom of the screen) Comments are welcome!!!

Mine did the same thing in my Jack Dempsey tank when I would feed bloodworms. He would swim upside down and I would drop the food right into his mouth

Too funny! I never saw mine doing that. He would just wait in his cave for food to drift in there.

I have not seen my rubberlips do that either, but I have seen my mystery snails in with my betta eat flakes from the surface.
