Rift Lake Catfish

Hello I am getting a plan to stock my 75g aquarium. I am going with Lake Tanganyika Cichlids.
I would like 2-3 of this catfish and to be around 6" long. the aquascape is sand bottom mostly rocky with a cliff and some grass on top. Here is a link to which cichlids I might go with Cichlid stock list.
I also have a hard time with these catfish, I research them and look at 3 different sites and they all tell me different things. What is a good site for info on these catfish.

I usually go with Planetcatfish.com for most of my catfish info .The two that come to my mind for are Synodontis multipunctata and Synodontis petricola both get to be 6-7inches and can live in rift lake conditions. The biggest concern will be if you plan to breed any of the cichlids. The catfish will eat a lot of the babies.

Catfish mentioned would be good choice in my view.
Have kept both and the synodontis Petricola is the smaller of the two (around four inches).
Pretty active fish when kept in groups and provided enough room.

The most important medication in your fish medicine cabinet is.. Clean water.
