I swear when I bought this fish he was labeled as a Julii Cory but I KNOW that isn't what he is. Is he a Reticulated Cory?

That link wasn't working for me. If it's the cory shown in the pic under your Bowfront tank that's a C. Trilineatus.

No, its not a C. reticulatus as they do not have a dark stripe down there side. It is more than likely a C. trilineatus, which is commonly sold under the name julii.
