Ideally, you should really buy 2-3 more albinos for your albino cory. It won't make a big difference, but thats personally what i would do. If it makes the fish happier, do it...

I think in a small tank like your 15g only having two of the albino cory cats should be fine. There won't be any real schooling anyway in a tank that small. In my 40 gal I only sometimes seem my schooling fish actually school. Your tank and mine are similar though in the fact that there is no real threat factor in your tank which demands the real need to school.

I have a 15 gallon with 5 bronze cories and they do school. The only other fish in the tank ATM are 3 guppies. It's really cute because they have a routine. At night they sleep part of the time all together on this flat piece of driftwood that I have, then towards morning they scavenge the tank individually. When I turn the light on they all converge at the feeding area and I drop in their broken up pellets. After they eat they return single file to under an overhang in the driftwood. They occasionally come out in 2s and 3s to scavenge the tank for leftover food, and then at dinnertime they see me and come out again in a line to the feeding spot and eat. So, they will school and if your albinos seem to be unusually timid or shy I would add 1 or2 more (obviously you can't have two schools of 6, but one or two more shouldn't hurt) in about a week or so.
