Injured albino cory, fungal infection

Hi

I noticed last night one of my albino cories had what appeared to be blood where her pectoral fin should be, I'm assuming she got it caught on something and tore it. Today it looks as in the picture below, and I'm pretty sure has a fungal infection. I did water changes yesterday and today (30% each time) and added Melafix to the tank. I don't have access to API Fungal Care, which I heard is very good in this situation, but I do have Wunder Tonic. She is currently actually in a separate bowl with some as I wasn't sure about dosing the whole tank, as it a) has plants, and b) one of the cories laid eggs the day before yesterday (now in a little breeder box) and I'm not sure of the effect of the tonic on eggs/fry. But obviously she can't stay in there long.

I do have a spare 30L tank that I could set up for her, seeding the filter with some of the filter wool from the big tank. I was going to set the small tank if the eggs hatched anyway. I'm conscious though also that cories don't like to be alone and worried she will get stressed. To make matters more difficult, I am going out of town overnight tomorrow so won't be here to keep an eye on things.

Advice?

Tank is 65L and all water parameters are where they should be. Tankmates are: 5 harlequin rasboras, 6 glowlight tetras, 4 albino cories (including Lumpy, the injured one), a golden apple snail, live plants, gravel substrate, temp about 76F.

ETA: the fluff-like stuff around her fin that I assume is fungus has turned blue from the methylene blue in the tonic.
