Things like temp feeding
tank mattes Breeding ,etc ... | Mine have done well at 78F to 80F. Mine eat virtually anything:
frozen blood worms, flakes, frozen brine shrimp, etc.
BUT
their absolute "hands down, no holds barred favorite" is my "home made recipes"!!! (I will try to find a series of PM's with Ghost and post in a seperate thread).
2nd on the list is live red wiggler worms (how these "little fellers" get down a worm which is as long if not longer than they are is beyond me!).
Mine are in a community tank which includes angels, plecos, guppies, platties, SAE's, Yoyo's as well as others and they are doing well.
They enjoy playing with themselves as well as with the SAE's and Yoyo's. I can be of no help here.
Mine arrived at maybe 3/4", have grown significantly but have not attained breeding size.
My sterbai are very, very hardy and all 7 have survived all of my dumb "you know what" "thinkin"!!
The only time that "I have seen them disturbed" was when I was "fighting ich on my large black angel" and increased the salt concentration from 0 to 1Tblspn/10G instantaneously.
In a subsequent "ich fighting session" I increased the salt concentration over a several day period and the above stated concentration did not "seem to bother them at all".
