hi there!!

what kind of corys? you should check out the tropical fish profiles there is a catagory there for catfish and there are numbers of different types of corys and they all have extensive information about breading them its pretty neat!

please watch and share with friends and family.

I really don't have a favorite. I was jjst wondering because if it occured in so many fish tanks was there a reason or just a wave of cories

My panda cories breed regularly with no special effort. I feed them sinking pellets and bloodworm and keep nitrates around 10ppm, ph 6.8, 24 degrees C

Some cories breed very easily in aquarium settings... a few species are next to impossible. Most take a bit of special consideration, ie.. water temperature fluctuations, feeding, the make up of the spawning group... etc...

well the easiest way is to look at them from above. The thinner ones will male and generally smaller in length than the females, who, tend to be bigger overall and rounder from above. Sometimes the males and females will have a slightly different pattern.

Hope this helps,
