Eel tailed catfish keeps bloating?

My baby tandanus tandanus never used to get bloated at all, but recently, since I switched him to Hikari Sinking Carnivore pellets he gets quite bloated with just one or two pellets, and it takes a couple of days to go down, and then its straight back again with the next feeding. Im quite worried that Ive done something wrong, and I don't want my little catfish to get any health problems. It cant be constipation, as I regularly supplement with peeled peas, and it doesnt make a difference? He's very active darting about everywhere, so he should be wearing it off, but he doesn't. Is there anything I could do to stop it. Is it something in the food im giving him that is hard to digest? Heres a list of the main ingredients in his staple pellets:
Fish meal
Krill meal
Brewers dried yeast
Soybean meal
Fish oil
Wheat flour
Dried seaweed meal
