yeah that should do it, with some bloodworms and shrimp occasionally. Also look into hikari sinking carnivore pellets.

I haven't been able to come up with an ingredient list for the tabimin, but tetra makes some pretty terrible food so I would expect it to follow suit. Hikari is good compared to tetra, but there are other foods that are to hikari what hikari is to tetra. Just compare ingredient lists. Look up the list for NLS or Northfin and you'll see the clear difference.
