Is this with any fish, or just bottom fish? If the latter, it is a territorial issue. Also, aggression in otherwise peaceful fish is often caused by environmental issues. If you check the profile of this fish, you will note it needs quite dim lighting, and places to hide. In exposed or brightly lit tanks, such fish can feel "threatened" and respond with increased aggression to all and sundry.

That's good. I forgot earlier to ask about tank size? And how many fish? And is this aggression to all fish, or just bottom fish?

Then that is to be expected. These fish are territorial with their own. As long as they each have more than one hiding spot, they'll be fine. But expect this behaviour to continue permanently, esp in a smaller tank (like the 60L). It will be more subdued in larger quarters. If the other fish is a male, which sounds probable from the aggression, it will definitely continue, as noted in our profile of the BN.
