| | Banjo Catfish I bought eight Banjo Cats a few days ago , and they are pretty amazing little catfishes. I have them on pool filter sand and being nocturnal , they bury during the day. They ate the first night I bought them , feeding on cichlid flakes and earthworm flakes . I'll soon treat them with frozen bloodworms , a rare occassional beefheart. Unlike most catfish, they have a set of fins underneath they use to scoot like some of the saltwater gobies . I'm in search of a infra-red flashlight to observe their natural behaviors in darkness. Anyone have experiences and observations of anything unique ? If you have no worked with them , these are def. a fascinating fish that will grab you at first sight ! |
