Advice on baby Cory cats

Apparently I've incidentally become a Cory cat breeder. I had recently found a new, small catfish in my tank, who is doing well and now shoaling with the others.

Now I have found another baby. This one is even smaller and does not group with the others. During the "day" when the tank lights are on I never see him. I don't know where he goes. And I only occasionally see him at "night". Sometimes days go past without seeing him.

I was considering trying to catch him and put him in a breeder box for safety. But I know they are social fish and wasn't sure if being seaparted would cause undo stress - though he doesn't swim with them anyway.
I worry about accidentally sucking him up in the tube when water changing. Or that someone thinks he's some sort of dirt or leftover and tries to munch on him.

Any advice how how to proceed or give him the best chance? I have tiny pellet food that I had for dwarf frogs.

Thanks.

I have tried a few times to breed mine but they every spawn so I don't have much advice. But I will say from those I have talked to most breeders pull the eggs so they will hatch. With your already hatched I don't think I would pull the fry I would allow them to grow up in the the tank.

Good luck with them
