Hi I have 2 green spotted puffers and they seem to be getting bored of their food. I first started with bloodworms and snails which they seemed to like, the I also gave brine shrimp, mysis shrimp, and krill. They have ate it for a month or so now but recently it seems they are getting bored, they will still eat the snails but only pick on their other food and then of course it makes the water quite dirty. I havent seen I suggested anywhere but i hope it is ok, I have been trying to feed them plankton and squid but they won't eat that either. They seem to be in great health, their stomachs aren't black they are a nice pearly white (I have been told that black means they are stressed), they are active, and aren't that aggressive (yet i guess) so they aren't picking on eachother, atleast not when i am watching, I keep their tank clean, 1-2 30% water changes a week, the salinity is about 1.005 and the temp. is about
81 F, and the tank has two filters and an airator, they also have a few hiding spots incase they fight or something, and the pH is about 7.5, they are in a 30 gallon right now but I do plan on getting a tad bigger one soon.
So any food suggestions would be great (I am planning on going to get blackworms soon but the only fish store around me that sells them is in the opposite of the city from me), or reasons why they aren't eating.
Thanks!
