He's around 2' long. I bought him at a Walmart and I've had him for over a year. Currently in a 40 Gal brackish tank. He keeps out growing the tanks! Looking to buy a 60 Gal next. He lives with a few Bumblebee goby's and some fancy Guppies. Spends most of his time in the PVC pipes.
holy crap! i mean, um, very cool fish. I love gobies --don't have any b/c dont have a tank that would be good for 'em-- but that guy looks pretty cool. and so cute how he likes his pvc pipe. and, yes, i was also wondering, what do you feed him???
My Dragon Goby eats eats shrimp, bloodworms, blackworms, algae wafers, and absolutely loves his snail jello.
They have small teeth, that in their natural habitat, they use to scrape algae off of rocks. Yum! So the wafers and jello add the much needed veggie type food to his diet.
