Sure you can!
Many plants can tolerate brackish water, java moss, anubias...
There are also many macro algae species which are saltwater, but I'm sure can live in brackish.

taking a break from fish-keeping.
3 lovely male betta still keep me company.

Hmm not sure if I made a mistake getting these Fugu Puffer Fish. My tank is at a steady 7.8 PH, Salinity is at a 1.010. All parameters seem too be fine. Yet one of my Fugus is all over the tank. Is he stressed? The other Fugu has dug himself down in the sand and seems too be relaxed.
