I do feed black worms. I don't have a local seller, so I get mine here Aquatic Foods Home Page
There is a care guide for black worms on this site. Since I mail order, I have to buy 1lb at a time. If you have any fish keeping friends, maybe you can split the cost. Most all of my fish, love black worms. These worms will parish over time in the fridge. If rinsed often, I have had them keep over a month.
I can get blackworm culture kits in UK but havent been able to buy any live blackworm. Dont know how tricky they are to keep do you? I dont really know of anyone else who would want them, even if I could buy them by the 1lb but I could feed some of them to my FW community tank- there would be a lot of waste if the smallest amount I could get was 1lb though lol. People keep recommending brine shrimp but Ive heard theres little nutritional value there as they are mainly water. Soeone even suggested tiny flakes of fresh white fish from the fishmongers or minced prawn or lobster eggs. Never heard of lobster eggs before and def havent ever seen them for sale anywhere.
Going back to the cleanup crew, are ghost shrimp difficult to keep?
