55 gallon

Hey guys, I plan on starting a 55 gallon brackish tank. What are my options with brackish fish with this size tank. I really like the archer fish and mono sebae and argenta. I also like the puffersbut i know they are jerks. Any help here. Also is sand a good substrate for brackish tanks

Celebes rainbowfish, mudskippers (paludarium), bumblebee gobies, chromides, dragon goby, sailfin mollies. You don't have to choose all although the selection is very limited. The ones you want are too big for the 55g. If you want snails, nerite snails are your best bets.

I have knight gobies, orange chromides, mollies, olive nerite snails, and a drgon goby in my 55 gal brackish tank.
Seems tobe a pretty good mix.

Mollies, your tetras and plec will do much better in fresh water. Do you have another tank to move them to?
What salt level is your brackish tank?

You'll need a refractometer to determine the salinity if you're trying to build up a brackish water tank.

Mollies should be fine in BW. It's the tetras and plecos that should be removed.
