What is this in the tank?

I was away in the hospital for about 2 months and during that time my single tough clown fish was fed and the salinity maintained but not much else in the way of maintenance went on while I was away.
I found these little white things all over the glass and rocks, could be aiptasia, but I'm not sure. What are they? Sorry about the pic quality.
There are also little brown tubes sprouting up on the rocks. What are they and should I get rid of them?
How would I go about disposing of the aiptasia (if that's what it is). I think I may scarpe it of the sides and try and to suck it out with a water change for right now.
Thanks
Jim

Bottom one looks as if thats a normal tube worm (hitchhicker)
Top pic almost looks like Pineapple Sponge. Not to sure on that though, tough to tell. Never seen em on glass though, so don't go bettin the farm on this one.
