Week and a half quarantine long enough?

put my first additions to my tank in quarantine a week and a half ago (5 Yellow Tail Blue Damsels).... They all look great, are exhibiting no strange behavior are swimming about the Q tank actively and feeding aggressively. I have been doing 20% water changes (3) over the past four days, and increasing my salinity levels in the Q tank. Here is where the hard part comes in. My LFS is running the second half of a two part sale for 50% off all saltwater fish. I've been eyeballing my next additions at the store and would like to take advantage of the sale... I would be saving over $50 on this purchase. i realize that a week and a half may not be long enough of a Q period and would like any advice... Obviously if something is wrong with my fish in Q right now that hasn't shown itself yet the costs of moving them to the DT early vs missing the savings on my next purchase would not be worth it. I guess my question is if they meet the description above... is a week and a half in Q long enough to take a chance? what are the odds? Display tank is at 1.023 and Q tank started at 1.017 and is currently at 1.022. the fish were in 1.017 for 7 days before starting the increase. BTW already have my next water mixed to do a 100% change in the Q tank for the new arrivals...

Help, is this a BAD idea

Nick
