If you get the big tank, you can move everything using 45g tubs from Lowes, Home Depot. Store as much of the water that you can , as this will help with the tank not going through a huge cycle once you set it back up. You can put the rock in to 5 gallon buckets along with the sand. the 45g containers take 2 guys to move, but you can put more in them, like the fish and the tank water.
And as far as moving the tank with some water and some rock, it can be done, I've done it a couple times with a 125g tank. Use the furniture dollies, the little ones with 4 wheels low to the ground. Get a 2 wheel dolly and lift the tank as high as you can, slip the 4 wheeler under it, and one guy can roll it around.
