Refugium Lighting POLL

I am curious as to what other reefers in the hobby do.

I started out with an alternate cycle from DT lights, but have since extended them by a few hours every month to the point there always on 24/7.

Any noticeable difference in the way you run your light schedule?

I used to run mine 24/7, but have since stopped that and have gone with them on while the DT was off.
