possibly picking up a tank setup soon

here is what is being offered:

30lbs live rock
35lbs of sand
a blue damsel
a coral beauty angel fish
two black and white fish (they didn't know the name)
a sand sifting starfish
and a purple starfish
some crabs and snails
salt
water testing kit
food
suplements
lighting system for a 30 gallon tank

they are asking $100 for all of this, i know this will need a lot of extra stuff and i do need to provide my own tank for it. does this price seem fair? i dont know what kind of light it is, so im going to assume its the ones that come with the freshwater setups from the petstore (T8, single bulb)
i figured this might be a good start to getting my larger tank up and running, i am picking my protein skimmer up tuesday as well. The peson said there is no filter in the tank, and i didn't see any powerheads in the pictures, and it looked like there was a bubble wall in the background...so i suppose im taking my chances with this livestock here, i was thinking about possibly contacting my LFS and seeing if they would provide a foster home for the fish until i get it up and running.

Worth it? or should i keep looking?
